Sunset Sliders

As summer slowly winds to an end, the people of Byron have been taking advantage of the late afternoon’s golden sun and the perfect little rollers at the pass. The water is warm and clear again and the sky is a mottled canvas of pink, gold, white and blue. We’ve been spending most afternoon and evenings in the water, watching as the sun sets and golden light bathes the whole bay while sets roll in and sliders do their thing.

"Inspiration finds me through my world around me which is ever changing because where I am is ever changing. I love playing find and seek, exploring new worlds, adventuring into new and unchartered waters. I love finding things/people/places with character, with spirit and stories of old." Specialising in travel, weddings and portraiture, Ming Nomchong is a lifestyle photographer based in Byron Bay, Australia. Ming's undeniable ability to capture the essence of her subject and transform it into an emotive, powerful image is what draws her audience in and captivates them. Her untiring passion for creating beautifully captivating images sees Ming constantly traveling the world to shoot. But her favourite place in the world where she keeps coming back to over and over again, has and will always be, the magical Byron Bay.
